Shipping charges are based on size and weight of items; use the shipping calculator in the shopping cart to determine shipping charges. Free shipping offer applies only to destinations in the 48 contiguous United States. Items with a fixed cost of shipping or hazardous items are not eligible for our Free Shipping offer and may incur additional cost.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for our Free Shipping offer. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur actual shipping costs via UPS or USPS.
For faster service, Pilot Stuff Online recommends shipping via UPS. Please note, estimated transit times are based on business days for deliveries. Weekends and holidays may add additional time in transit for your order. We have seen occasional significant delays in transit times with USPS Priority Mail service. The estimated delivery date for USPS packages is not guaranteed. Please contact us if you have questions regarding shipping and what method is best for you.
Most UPS orders ship the same day if received before 3:00 PM ET. USPS orders must be placed by 9AM ET to ensure same day shipping. All other orders will be shipped on the following business day. Pilot Stuff Online uses UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping and will notify you with a tracking number when the order is shipped. All orders should arrive within 2 – 5 business days depending upon your location and type of service selected. If you still have not received your shipment within 10 business days of placing the order, please call our Customer Service Department.
All orders must pass a fraud verification check. For most customers and orders, this process takes less than 30 minutes. Some orders may be marked suspicious and require additional verification. This process can take 2 hours to 2 days. Some factors that can delay an order passing the fraud verification check quickly are orders shipping to a different address than the payment billing address, foreign issued credit cards, and incomplete contact information. Fraudulent orders will be rejected.
Pilot Stuff Online strives to have all our products in stock and ready to ship. On occasion, an item may not be available for immediate shipment. Should this occur, Pilot Stuff Online reserves the right to ship to you directly from a manufacturer or supplier in order to minimize wait time.
In the event an item is back-ordered for an extended period of time or discontinued/no longer available you will be notified via phone or e-mail.
Please note, we have seen extended delivery times and backorders for various items and manufacturers which has made keeping sufficient stock of some items difficult. Please feel free to contact us to verify stock on any of our items.
Pilot Stuff Online ships to a limited number of international countries. Please contact us prior to ordering for a shipping quote. International orders will be charged for UPS international shipping. Please note that for many countries the shipping cost will be much greater than our standard domestic shipping rates. Any duties, tariffs, or other taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Pilot Stuff Online will NOT alter or falsify any international shipping documentation. In the event the buyer refuses the shipment it will be the buyer’s responsibility for any duties or taxes and the cost of return shipping.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund less any shipping charges incurred TO and FROM your location. You must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the item must be returned within 10 days of receipt of this number. Item must arrive in new condition in its original box with all accessories, manuals, packaging, and blank warranty cards. The only exception is defective items which must be returned complete with all accessories for exchange of the same item. Some returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. DVDs, CD-ROMs, software, videos, and other copyrighted works with the exception of books and manuals are not returnable unless the item is defective. If the item is defective it can only be exchanged for the same item. Items with expiration dates or otherwise considered “perishable” such as periodical or annual type items may not be returned. Items that by design or packaging where it is not possible to determine if the item was used may not be returned. This includes but is not limited to hygienic products, sprays, and cleaning supplies. Pilot Stuff Online accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express and payments through PayPal. Pilot Stuff Online reserves the right to investigate and cancel any orders due to confirmed or possible fraudulent activity. We do not ship to unverified addresses. If the "Bill to" and "Ship to" addresses do not match your order may be cancelled unless we are able to verify it is not a fraudulent use of the credit card. Please contact us for more information if you need to ship an item to a different location than your regular billing address. Cash, check, money orders, cashiers checks, COD, and bank transfers are NOT accepted.
